    Hi there,
I must say your plugin is awesome and its save me a lot of time making tables.

I am wondering is it possible to make 2or more child columns in one main column.
For example i want to make something like:

1st main column         2cd main column          3rd main column
1st child col      2nd child col
    text                         text                   text           text

    I hope explain it good.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This is not directly possible as “child columns”, but you could create a table with four columns here, and then combine certain cells again to one, via the “colspan” function below the table. So, technically, your column has four columns, but in some rows you combine the middle two cells to one cell.

    Hi,
I must say you very fast ??

I try your suggestion. But when i try using this feature i just got code “colspan” and my 2 columns don’t combine to be like one cell.

I am just trying to my Name of 2cd main col be in center depending on child columns.

    Sorry for bordering you.

    Hi,

“colspan” is just the name of the feature, the actual code to combine a cell with its left neighbor is #colspan#. Instead of typing it in, you could also just use the corresponding button below the table input fields.

    Regards,
    Tobias
