Multiple Contact Forms

Hi, I am looking for a contact form plugin that can be set up with multiple forms (that got to either the same user or multiple users, different subjects depending on the page/post it’s on and that is secure and fully customizable as far as css and styling. I tried contact form 7(or 8?) and it seems to do all that except I can’t figure out how to change the styling of it (colors etc).
