Multiple copies imported

Hi, thanks for the great plugin. Do you have any idea why I get multiple copies of each video? Ever since the beginning, they used to come as 2 copies and I deleted one. Now it has turned into 5 or 6 copies for each video from the playlist.

Any suggestions?
