Multiple coupons with similar restrictions not working

    Hi,

    I am using Smart Coupons to allow certain users to checkout with a discount. Some of them have the same restriction, and then they don’t work together.

    Example of my coupons:

    Supercustomer discount
    Discount: 30%
    User role: supercustomer
    Exclude product: product 23

    Supercustomer discount product 23
    Discount: 20%
    User role: supercustomer
    Only on product: product 23

    I have more coupons with this structure for other user roles.

    It seems that only one of them works. If I delete let’s say Supercustomer discount and add them again, this one works, but the Supercustomer discount product 23 stops working.

    How do I use all of them?

    Hi @webcommitment,

    We have tested the same scenario and both coupons work fine in our test environments. During out tests, when product X is only in the cart, the 20% coupon applies and if there are other products too in the cart along with product X, both coupon applies, but the 30% discount is applied only on items excluding product X.
