multiple custom taxonomy permalink selection

  • currently i noticed the custom taxonomy is based of name, is it possible to switch it to based on ID or even slug but not name?

    for example, the post has
    apple , pineapple, orange as its taxonomy(category)
    the permalink will always be
    https://example.com/orange/postname
    because it is based on name.
    what i want is a way to have two taxonomy selected which
    one of it will never be selected whatever the other taxonomy is seleted.
    because the first one is use with other slider, the read more in slider will contain the link to slider post, i tried underscore ‘_’ but it is not working because _ has lower character value than a
