Multiple discord roles

Unfortunately, the add-on does not currently support the assignment of multiple roles to be passed to Discord.
At the moment, the Discord plugin assign only one role for each membership level.

Just checking out the code i’ve seen that the discord functions support multiple roles, it needs a small change from url based to data-based list.
Also, the plugin is reading a “role” from _ets_pmpro_discord_role_id, instead of reading Membership and checking the Linked membership with discord roles.
