Multiple Download Pages

I have been using this plugin since 1 year. Recently I have increased two items and I need to set up two download pages more. How do I do it? Is there any solution? All helps will be appreciated.
I see there are many pending issue on support board of this plugin. Is plugin author or developer expired!
