Multiple Drop Down List in wordpress

  • Hello,

    I am trying to create a Multiple Drop Down List so that a a user will register, they will able to select a field and a sub field will come.

    Ex: If they select “Doctor” >> Some more field will come like “General doctor”, “Skin doctor” etc.

    I am using wordpress+buddypress and i am using x-profile field option.

    So what i do?i really need this help
