multiple e-mail

  • customers are getting 12 confirmation emails after order placed. it started today. Usually everyone was getting two, then 3, recently 6 and today 12 confirmation emails. Can you please fix this problem?? We are using version 3.1.5

    I bought it new license for plug-in but there is no options for upgrade it for Version 4.2.6

    Current version is :
