    Hi,

    we recently updated the stock for a product, but the email notification was sent five times to a single customer.

    Is there a way to view which emails were sent and how often? Additionally, do you have any insights into what might have caused this issue? Can the customer maybe subscribe multiple times to the same product?

    It is a single product without any special features.

    We’ve reviewed the process of updating the stock for out-of-stock products on our end but were unable to replicate the issue you described. When an out-of-stock product is restocked, subscribed users receive only one notification email. You can find more details here: https://tinyurl.com/24ugb834.
    Since you’re facing this issue, we recommend installing a plugin like Email Log to monitor the email flow for restocked products. Check the plugin logs to see which emails are being triggered.
