Multiple Email Notifications depending on a drop down selection?

Hi,
Is there a way so if the user selects SUBJECT 1 in a drop down selection box on the form it emails SUBJECT1 Leader, selecting SUBJECT 2 would email the form to SUBJECT2 Leader etc?
