    Hi there,

Just wondering if your plugin (free or pro) has the option to set up multiple invoice templates? We have an edge case where a client has two physical stores and when they manually add orders through WooCommerce that still require payment to be made by bank transfer, they’d need to display a different bank account depending on which of the two stores will fulfil the order.

Is there some way to set this up? Maybe through conditional fields and they could use a custom field where they add the fulfilling store and then depending on what info is added into the order meta the correct bank account data will show? I’ve not used your particular plugin before but saw something mentioned about conditions…

Thanks in advance for looking into this!

    Hello!

This is possible in the full version. If all you want to do is change a particular field you could either create a custom field that shows the right value using condition or you could add two fields and use a show hide condition to show the right field https://wooinvoice.rednao.com/knowledge-base/hiding-fields/

Alternatively if you could also create two pdf templates and, using conditions show one or the other. https://wooinvoice.rednao.com/knowledge-base/creating-invoices-conditionally-full-version-only/

    Hope this helps.

Hi @edgarrojas, great – that’s amazing news. And in how far are the templates customisable? My client just informed me they’d also like to show different invoice number formats depending on which of the two stores is going to fulfil the order. I guess we could use conditionally shown prefixes depending on a custom meta field we can set up (e.g.: Fulfilment Centre) – just not sure if the template can be set up in a way that we’d use Invoice Number: #[conditional invoice prefix]-1234 in the template? If that makes sense?
