Multiple enterys. How?

I have made a form to enter divers into a diving competition. Usally it is the coach that fill in the information for the whole team. I would like to have a buttom at the end that says “Register anaother diver” (A empty form should show up) and another that says “finished” (All forms is sent to a mailadress, and the coach understand that he has enterd all his divers) so that they can enter many divers without a hazzle. Is this possible?
