Multiple errors

While visiting: Integration with Google Services > Product Categories /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ivole-reviews-product-feed&tab=categories

I am getting the following errors:

I assume this is why the “Select a category” fields are not working.

Under Product Identifiers > Product ID field there are a slew of errors in the selections drop down:

After checking “Generate XML Product Feed” and then saving changes the fields errors are gone.
