Multiple event lists

Hi,

I’m managing a WP-website with many different types of events, such as courses, social gatherings and business-related events. I don’t want these different events to be posted on the same page, but as far as I can see, I can only make one complete list of all events to insert on one page.

My questions are:
1) How – if possible – can I create different eventlists for each type of event mentioned above, and then put each eventlist on different pages on the website?

2) Is there any way to add a register-form to each event, so that visitors to the website can sign up to participate in the event?

If anyone can guide me through this issue, I’ll greatly appreciate it. ??
