Multiple external links

Hi,
thanks for the plugin and it works perfect also with qtranslate. I only have one issue what I could like to be solved and do not find out how to do it. On the homepage there is a link which links to youtube. And since it is with different languages it should go to different adresses. The normal language tags which I am using for qtranslate [:en]and <!–:en–><!–:–> does not work and when I try to use them the link just goes to itself. Does anyone have a solution for it? (I am designer and not good in programming, so I could be happy about every help) Thanks a lot.
