Multiple Facebook "Like" buttons appearing on posts and pages

I recently added the Facebook Like button to the Sidebar right top of our homepage. While it appears there as it should, it now also appears on the top, and bottom, center of every post and page on our site. Moreover, it appears three times on the bottom. The Like button on the sidebar is for the homepage, while the ones on the pages and posts are for those directly. See site.

I don’t know why it’s doing that. I only intended it for the sidebar. I’d like to understand why it’s appearing on the center top and bottom of every other page, and why it’s appearing multiple times. Any help? Thanks!
