Multiple Facebook shop product errors after synchronizing

Hi @elkevo – I’m not too familiar with how Printful integrates products into WooCommerce, though I imagine it could have an impact no the sync between WooCommerce/Facebook.

Are you able to send a screenshot of the General settings tab of at least one of these products? If there are other tabs related to Printful, that may be helpful too.

I doubt if Printful is the culprit. It doesn’t look like it does anything out of the ordinary.

Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find by navigating through WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Can you please check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (Select Facebook from the dropdown and let us know if there are any other error messages). Thanks.

Can you please disconnect and reconnect your Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, You can follow this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

Then, please go ahead and do another sync. Let us know how that goes.
