Also, the shortcode I tried doesn’t work. It just returns the shortcode.

    Hey Ryan,

You’re our first support ticket. Congrats! ??

Firstly, the [custom-facebook-feeds] shortcode will only work since version 1.0.1 which was just released. With version 1.0 you’d need to use [custom-facebook-feed] (singular). Sorry for any confusion!

Secondly, you can use the same keys for multiple users, so should just be able to do this:

    Feed 1:
    [custom-twitter-feeds screenname=mytwitteraccount]

    Feed 2:
    [custom-twitter-feeds screenname=anothertwitteraccount]

Let me know whether that works for you and if it doesn’t then we can take a closer look.

Went through the process of getting the keys and tokens. Even the basic shortcode is not working.

    Hey Ryan,

Awesome, glad to hear that! Apologies for any issue regarding the shortcode. We changed the name of the plugin shortly after the first release and so updated the documentation with the new shortcode shortly before the update went out. Glad to hear everything’s working OK now. If you’re willing to share a link to the page where you’re using the plugin then we’d love to take a look at it in a live setting to see whether there are any display bugs or issues we need to take care of. If you’d prefer not to share then no probs, just thought I’d ask.

Thanks Ryan, that’s really helpful. I noticed a few minor display bugs so we’ll make sure to get these addressed in the next update.

Thanks again, and if you like the plugin and feel like leaving a super-quick review then it’s always hugely appreciated!

If you have any questions or issues in future then just let us know.

    John
