Happy to help! From what I understand, you’d like to route the new order email to one of four specific email addresses, depending on which restaurant branch the order is made for.

You could use the Checkout Field Editor for editing the checkout options, and adding the restaurant branch selection for the customer.

As for routing the emails to the corresponding restaurant branch, that could be set up with an AutomateWoo workflow; like this one, but adjusted for restaurant branches, triggered by the one selected at checkout. There’s plenty more that can be achieved with AutomateWoo, here’s a direct link to its documentation.
