    Hi @3cstudio , I checked your homepage and you currently have our WordPress plugin installed and the site code added manually, which can cause duplication. Please have the site code added manually. If the issue still persists, please use the LiveChat widget at the bottom right corner of your Mailmunch account to reach out to us.

    Thanks Liz — I don’t see any manually added form code (and haven’t added such code myself), and the office personnel doesn’t know how to place shortcodes/code etc., so I’m not sure how/where that code was added manually…. how do I locate that code? I’ve sent a chat message via the wp-admin as you suggested, but that response is going to the client’s email address, so it might be a bit before I hear from them. If you have further advice, much appreciated. Thanks!
