Multiple forms when multiple calendars on a page

Hi,

We do have an example of that on our demo website: https://demo.wp-base.com/monthly-calendar/multiple-services-on-the-same-page/

The trick is to use _just_calendar=1 attribute in all shortcodes except the last one. For example:

[app_book service=1 _just_calendar=1]
[app_book service=2 _just_calendar=1]
[app_book service=3]

On second thought, this solution is not practical if you are creating an archive page with a page builder.

In the next update, which will be released soon, only the related form will be opened.
