thank you for the plugin. It really solved the problem of flat rates appearing wit free shipping options. however when the conditions apply I need the local pickup also stay as the second option to free local delivery.
In other words I want all free options to appear on the checkup so that the user can choose. Otherwise I wont be aware of a local pick up preference.
