Multiple galleries from text link on a page

I want to have multiple text links link to separate sets of images. I’ve got the text link thing figured out, but even when setting up several on a page, it launches a large slideshow of ALL the images featured on the page rather than just the few I want for each gallery. I hope that makes sense.

Basically, how do I separate multiple galleries launched from a text link on a single page?
