Multiple Groups Don't Display

I’m just starting to create a new site and I’m having a problem trying to display my staff the way I want to.
My goal is to have a header with the Group Name and the list just the employees in that group.
For Example…<h1>Group 1</h1> [meet-my-team cols="4" show_groups="Group 1"] <h1>Group 2</h1> [meet-my-team cols="4" show_groups="Group 2"]But when I do this, nothing is displayed on the page.
Can you help me?
