Multiple H1 tags because of mobile only view

So I have the7 theme installed and use wp-rocket to cache. Overall the load time is ok. The mobile version is a bit slower. But now I find myself on this and other sites have to add desktop area then turn them off on mobile and create a mobile view row. But by doing this it ads more information to load and also it creates multiple H1 tags on a page. You can see it on this site. https://weddings.curtiswallis.com/

Anyone found a way to completely hide rows from even being put on the page source if not needed. Why load content if it is marked hidden. Hope this makes sense.
