Multiple “hotels” with “WP Hotelier?

We’re looking to create a site that offers reservations to a number of smaller hotels. Can you suggest the best approach to our use case using your plugin?

I don’t think we’d have hundreds of hotels, maybe dozens, so multisite doesn’t seem to make sense yet.
