Multiple indexs for diffrent categories

Hello

I am working on a website:

https://www.business-innovative.com/

Each one of the items on the top menu should point to a page which is identical to the homepage, but only shows one category.

I have tried to copy some code from the homepage into the pages for a test , but got the full posts after the part I wanted to appear (see here – https://www.business-innovative.com/innovation). I guess that some code is executed differently on the inner pages (I am using PHP-Exec plugin).

I tried to use the category pages plugin, but it had a different template (list only).

Is there a plugin that takes the homepage as it is (index.php) and let you modify it for different page / posts over the site? Maybe something to do with templates?
