apple & gpay not working

    Hi there,

    Neither Apple nor Google Pay is working on our site, despite working before. Google Pay does seem to work in other countries as we were getting orders from other countries in recent days.

    I did share the link with you, but I’ve actually turned off Gpay and Apple Pay on the live site in the meantime because they don’t work.

    Next, I wanted to see if it was the theme or other plug-ins causing the problem. On our staging site, I changed it to a standard theme (twenty twenty three) and deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and WooPayments. On the staging site, Gpay would not go through either (I have screenshots, it just says “Uh oh something went wrong, unexpected developer error please try again later”). I did check in the logs to see if there was any error messages, but strangely enough there is none.

    I would appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you!

    I understand about the issues you’re experiencing with Apple and Google Pay on your site.

    It’s good that you’ve already done some troubleshooting by testing on a staging site and checking the logs.

    However, as the issue persists, could you please make sure you are using a?compatible device, you will also need to?correctly configure Apple Pay?on your browser.

    If that does not work, I’d suggest switching your site theme to?Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, then check again to see if the issue persists.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your?System Status Report?that you can find via?WooCommerce > Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
