    There are multiple issues being experienced.

    Products are not showing up in searches via the products page link, searches return nil results. Live website product categories are empty despite individual product searches being possible via search.

    Another issue is around refunds, refunds cannot be processed, after going through the refund steps and clicking refund, the page processes (grey circle with spinning white dot) and refreshes but the order status do not change to refunded and there are no updates in the order history.

    Another issue is around trying to create a manual order, the link just returns the standard Critical website error page.

    This may be related to server storage issues, checking with host, will see what the situation looks like once that is concluded
