Multiple issues that were never resolved

Had several issues with this plugin in the year that we had it, support replied quick but never resolved our problems, when they automatically took the money for the second year after we TURNED OFF auto-renew, they agreed to refund only HALF of what we paid even though we had not used the plugin because we weren’t aware it had renewed. They then ignored emails when we asked for a full refund. We still have not received it and are now using MainWP which is 100 times better.
