Multiple issues with confirmation emails of Stripe integration

We have purchased the Pro plugin but are having multiple issues with it.
Specifically:
– When we set the emails to be sent AFTER payment is processed on Stripe, nothing comes through (neither to us as admins nor to the person making the purchase)
– If we set confirmation emails to be sent BEFORE payment is completed (which is not ideal), in the confirmation email from Contact Form 7 to us admins, the only value that comes through is the price of the item but not its name, so we don’t know what they have actually purchased.We have followed your steps very closely and have tried multiple resolutions. We need to make this work and set it live this week so I look forward to your support.
