Multiple items behind header menu

The problem I have is the ‘menu cart’ and ‘account drop-down menu’ dissapear behind the menu bar. The bar overlays the drop-down sort of speak.

Things i’ve tried so far:
I’ve disabled mega menu, it still appears behind. This does not change a thing.
Also if I dont select the full width, the ‘side-bar menu cart’ on the right still is behind the filling color of the menu row.

If I add a menu manually with elementor below the header-row it works fine.

I don’t what happened, it worked fine before.
