Multiple Jquery Portfolio Page Templates

Hi there, i have created a j query portfolio on my wordpress site. the portfolio is currently four columns, i’m trying to make multiple page templates e.g 3 column portfolio, 2 column portfolio, what i have tried is copying the code from the original portfolio and changing the div classes/images sizes, this makes the layout how i want but the jquery filter does not work. is there something im missing? if anyone can help would really appreciate it, thanks.
