multiple language issues

  • Hello

    the default language on my site is English, but i have some people posting dutch comments while on the english translated page.
    how can i make it that these comments are translated into english automatically.

    these comments will translate into other languages , such as spanish and french, when i click on a different language flags for my page , but when i click on the USA flag for English the comments return to Dutch.

    I hope this makes sense . Any help is welcome
