Multiple languages with WPML

Hi @matthias.wagner,

do oyu have any suggestions how to use this plugin in connection with WPML? Is it possible to achive the following setup, assuming the language parameter is added as folder structure to the Domain?

https://example.org/foobar -> https://foobar.example.org
https://example.org/en/foobar -> https://foobar.example.org/en/
