    Hello,

    with your plugin, is it possible

    1 – automatically retrieve, every day, reviews of several sites registered in Google My Business? For example, to retrieve the reviews of restaurant in city 1 with a first shortcode, then to retrieve reviews of restaurant in city 2 with a second shortcode, then to retrieve reviews of restaurant in city 3 with a third shortcode. ..?

    2 – Can we also retrieve reviews of several sites on TripAdvisor, on Facebook?

    1. In short, everything depends on the Google Places API limitation that the plugin uses. Firstly, the API returns only the 5 most helpful reviews (not recent), these can change, but this is Google’s prerogative and when this happens it is impossible to find out, maybe in a week, or maybe in a month. Secondly, the API is free only for a small number of connected Google places, for instance, 2-3, if you have more places (more than 10), Google may charge a fee for your API key.     Sorry, these all limitation of Google, not us or the plugin.

    2. For Facebook we have another plugin and you can use it, but to connect a Facebook page your FB account should have the admin permission, it’s a limitation of Facebook.

    Unfortunately, TripAdvisor does not have a public API to fetch the reviews and we didn’t implement the plugin for it.
