    G’day lkmark,

    You can do that with a KML map. See the FAQ for details.

    If you prefer, you can build a map in Google Maps, save it in My Maps, and get the incredibly long link to the KML from there; then use a URL shortener to make a short URL and use that as the KML src parameter in the map shortcode.
