Multiple Mail Goin When post group activity with attachment

Hi Guys,
I am getting multiple mail , when post in home group with attachments.
For example: If i post with two attachment am getting 2 mails , if 3 attachments means 3 mail.
Plugin Details:
WordPress 3.5.1
buddypress 1.6.4
buddypress media 2.13.12
BuddyPress Group Email Subscription 3.4Please tell me how to fix this issues.
