A mail went out to subscribers of both a regular list and the WordPress Users list. We do this, because some of the WordPress users are not in the regular list. However, those who are on both lists now receive 2 identical e-mails.

Not sure if this is intentional?

  • Hi,

Which sending method are you using?

    Regards,
    MailPoet Team.

P.S. How many subscribers in total were you sending that newsletter to? The plugin should only send to unique subscribers, so it doesn’t matter if the same subscriber is on multiple lists.

If you wish, feel free to get in touch with us directly by using the blue speech bubble icon on any of the plugin pages and we will take a closer look at your site.

The mail went out to 324 subscribers, we’re using a SMTP server.

I wrote you a message using the speech bubble.

Update: it was not a plugin issue but Gmail grouping identical messages when inbox is configured to handle multiple email addresses.
