Multiple Menus Question
-
Hello Everyone,
First, thanks so much for reading my post and helping. The WordPress community is awesome.
I’m currently creating a theme and I’ve decided that multiple menus is the way to best organize the information I’d like to present on this mainly static site.
I successfully added a second menu to my theme by follow these instructions HERE
and, as advertised I did get the option to add a secondary menu on the backend of my site and a menu does appear on the front end as well.My problem is that even though I’ve asked that only certain pages be displayed on the secondary menu (via the ‘Menu’ plannel on the backend) by dragging only certain pages into the newly created menu, instead I’m getting all of my pages displayed in a vertical list. I understand that I’m going to need some CSS to style the menu but I need the newly created menu to only display the pages I wish it to instead of every page on the site. I’m sure all I’m missing is a line of code but since my skills are mainly HTML and CSS I don’t think I’m up to this one. Thanks again for the help!
HERE is the site I’m working on that has the current menu issue.
best
Karl
