    Hello @gagawp,

    It seems that the issue may be related to a conflict with JavaScript or CSS on your site. Could you please confirm whether the “Combine JS” and “Combine CSS” options are disabled under “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Tools >> Performance” in the dashboard?

    If the issue persists, please try deactivating all other plugins on your site, except for ProfileGrid, and then check if the problem continues.

    If the issue is resolved after deactivating the other plugins, you’ll need to identify which plugin is causing the conflict with ProfileGrid. You can do this by reactivating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.
