Multiple Notification Emails

I am running a blog for a client of mine and using wordpress as a sort of CMS that encourages comments from others.

I am listed as the administrator and the other users are editors. When a new comment is posted I want worpress to email the comment moderation email to a list of email addresses (mainly all registered users) that can be added to at anytime.
