Multiple pages, different analytics

  • We are looking to build out a site with many locations as pages:

    mysite.com/alabama, mysite.com/colorado etc.

    Each of these pages will need their own analytics. Aside from creating templates for each one, is this something that the plugin supports?

    Hi Aaron,

    If you wish to fire different GA property IDs on each page, I would go with one GTM container that GTM4WP can inject into each page and then use a RegExp variable inside your GTM container to set the GA property ID for each page. This GTM variable can be added into your Google Analytics Settings Variable. This way, you can keep using a single instance of GTM4WP and keep the flexibility as well.
