Multiple pages for homepage and categories

Hello,
I’m working on a website and found out that there are 31 pages for the homepage although in the theme I enabled the load more button. In Ahrefs, I can see this URL for example – https://www.allinallspace.com/page/16/
I have 31 of these, each is taking me directly to the homepage. From what I understand, this comes from Yoast. The same happens in the category pages – https://www.allinallspace.com/category/technology/page/2/
How can I control it? Meaning, remove these pages, and make it a one page instead?
