    Hi everyone,

Someone was setting up test.oneclick.dk some time ago and now it is time to go public. However I need to make a few changes first.

For the first time I logged in as admin because I discovered that “home” was missing. It was able to change localhost/home to https://test.oneclick.dk/home and now the troubles started:

When I load test.oneclick.dk now all pages are shown one by one under each other. I guess its because “home” is missing and I dont know what to do to add it.

One more issue! I would like to upgrade my version of wp but im afraid to spoil the design I have now. How can it be done?

I hope someone will help me with this. So please write here og skype me: [redacted – help is offered on these forums only]

    Thanks in advance(-:

    Frank

You have your home page set to blog rather than a static page.

In the dashboard change the option under Settings->Reading

Upgrading WP shouldn’t change the design. But if you’re concerned, test local then deploy on the live site.

yes matt is right.Or let me know if you want to fix it you can reach at me by [link redacted]

    Hi and thanks(-:

I already had set Static Page! But discovered that Front and Post page was both set to Home. It was resulting in an error message and causing my error.

Now the problem is solved. I changed Post to “Log In” and it was helping. Is thins a correct way to fix it or should I don something else?

What is difference between Front and Post?

    Thanks again,

    Frank

Front is the home page, post is where the blog entries will show up.

Settings->Reading is where you’ll find that option.

    Read https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page for more info.

I cant see its helping me… The Situation is:

    I still have a problem test.oneclick.dk…

Pls. click the english flag and then the small house (home) in the horizontal menu. You will see Home is loading fine. When you click the danish flag and click home its loading localhost/home and that is wrong…

When I disable the plugin WP e-Commerse I see that the flags are disapearing. When I search the flags (*.png) in the code I see its in header.php and I guess there are a bug in a javascript or ???

    Pls. help me…
