multiple payment notifications and that it’s causing an issue with stock numbers

  • I am getting multiple payment notifications and it’s causing an issue with stock numbers

    I have spoken to woocommerce support and tried different payment methods but they still work like normal!

    The worldpay plugin is sending two notifications when it should only send one.

    Please see the below. These are the order notes we are getting within seconds of each other which is reducing the numbers of stock by more than it should.

    Sunday Lunch Experience
    Spitbank Fort Sunday 13th May (#4747) stock reduced from 23 to 18.

    Sunday Lunch Experience
    Spitbank Fort Sunday 13th May (#4747) stock reduced from 28 to 23.
