    I have the following problem:
In my online store, vouchers can be purchased in different values (CHF 20.00, 30.00, 50.00 and 50.00). If, for example, 2 of the CHF 50.00 vouchers are purchased, only 1 PDF with a value of CHF 100.00 is generated. Is there a way to generate several PDFs in such a case?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

To ensure that multiple PDFs are generated when a customer purchases multiple vouchers of the same value, please follow these steps:

    1. Edit the product associated with the voucher.
    2. Go to the PDF Coupon tab in the product settings.
    3. Check the box labeled Split coupons by product quantity (see screenshot for reference).
    4. Save the changes by updating the product.

Once this setting is enabled, the system will generate individual PDFs and coupon codes for each purchased voucher, even if they are of the same value. For example, if a customer purchases two CHF 50.00 vouchers, two separate PDFs will be generated, each for CHF 50.00.

If you have any further questions or run into issues, feel free to let us know!

    Best regards,
