Multiple PHP files

I wrote you a month ago on your website and you didn’t respond. So I hope you will respond here

I created a snippet of existing php code, and your plugin gate it a green light. But it doesn’t do anything. The original code I have uses 3 files and I think your snippet is not seeing the other php files.

So how can I get the code to work properly?
