Multiple picture tests for users annoying

    My site uses event espresso to register children art classes. Parents are complaining that the login when they return is a pain because of the recaptcha

    If I remove it I get spam users 100 times a day trying to create a profile??
    what do I do to restrict the recaptcha to a simple check box???

    We do not control the pictures shown to users. That is entirely Google’s.

    follow link and set advanced settings at bottom of page to

    Security Preference
    Easiest for users(some security features turned off)

    this makes it less secure but eliminates the pictures or so it seems

    FYI

    We are having the same issue and tried to change to the easiest setting and still are having the picture problem. We have employees that input orders who have the issue and customers as well. It seems like all the macs at the office have never had to choose pictures, but other PC users have had to choose pictures up to 5 times and not user error. It is just an issue when we are trying to input an order and it takes 5 tries until we can even start the order. Please if there are any suggestions to solutions to our problem, that would be great.
